Whilst they supply many own label ranges, they have a growing portfolio of brands to meet criteria focussed on purpose, durability, price, look and feel. Hair accessories are presented with three primary brands targeted to demographics. These cover children’s hair accessories, teen and adult hair accessories; budget and premium value ranges, with durable functional basics as well as fashion items.

The Need:

Creative Max required a more streamlined picking process to help import correct data to Despatch Manager. They create Sales Orders in Opera via CSV import from the website developed by Stack. Imported orders will be created ‘on hold’ and released for picking when ready; these will update the WMS Despatch Manager screen. The Warehouse Manager can either assign the orders to be picked to a specific picker or allow the WMS system to send the next required order to the HHDs based on available stock, due date, and order priority.

The Solution:

The Despatch Manager was introduced for the picking process to help import data from the website developed by stack.  Having Despatch Manager Creative  Max can now see what was picked and packed, who picked the orders and assign pickers to pick in real time. as it automatically allows pickers and packers to see which orders on the scanner to pick and pack in real time, once these orders have been picked and packed the orders get automatically progressed to delivery, paperwork produced and ready to invoice.
